the beginning and thank you

happy friday!

(dedicated to rosario, the man above, who could do the best louis armstrong impression-and could sing like a bird.)

these shoes
remind me of something?

back to the future. which leads me to the list of movies that we’re dicing and splicing for the performance friday:

ferris buehler’s day off, goonies, breakfast club and princess bride.  any thoughts?

tv shows:

seinfeld, you can’t do that on television, diff’rent strokes, fresh prince of bel air

theme from “flashdance”, it’s tricky, jump, vogue, beat it, the humpty dance (and many more)

all of these things (and more!) will be spliced and diced for the show. we’ll post a video!

today i have two rehearsals: dance and music. i will be wearing the headband. we have one week until the first show and sunday we’re launching the website (

fyi:  one cool music dude in boston named michael marotta is pretty darn sick.  keep him in your thoughts!

i’m off to put on my legwarmers.  and, because life is short:

(thank you, alex schnee!)

enjoy your weekend.  thank you the 405 (oliver primus) for this inspiration (and for being cool, supportive and creative folks):

dad does rock!

love the one your with.  love a lot.
